The Obama administration seems to be doing what Bush was doing. The Obama administration is all set to announce deployment of additional US troops in Afghanistan in order to avert a disastrous end to the eight year old war on terror.
Obama is set to have cleared the proposal for additional troops, and only the quantum is said to be under deliberation. The final announcement to come in the next few days, might eventually lead to crash in Obama’s popularity, which has anyway been waning in the last few months.
Obama might have to live with the Afghanistan problem for many more years to come, as the region is able to generate more illegal funds by cultivating banned drugs for the world.
