How do you select a person for a job? You will look for aptitude. You will look for skill sets. More than anything else, you should look for attitude. The outlook ofthe person towards the job. Whether he looks at the clock at 5 pm in the evening. Whether he is able to get information from all the people. Whether he is ready to take the initiative and move forward. Whether he is able to network and get things done. Whether he is ready to learn on the job. Whether he is able to think outside the box.

None of these are taught in any business school.
